Warranties

RowOne® stands behind its products. We do not have complete control over the conditions to which our

merchandise is subjected after it leaves the warehouse. Therefore, we cannot give an unequivocal guarantee. If an

item is defective, it should be called to our attention immediately upon arrival. We require photographs of the defect

before resolving the problem. After the warranty period, if the product needs to be returned to our factory for

repairs, it must be returned freight prepaid. The cost of the repair and return freight will be charged.

RowOne’s warranty pays for labor and workmanship for one (1) year on all furniture manufactured by

RowOne. RowOne product warranties are only to the original retail consumer, and takes effect from the date

of delivery to the original retail consumer.

 

RowOne’s sole liability is limited to repair, or parts replacement. Should there be service required under the

warranty, RowOne® will pay the initial service inspection but will not be responsible for any transportation costs.

If after inspection no repair is necessary because of not being a warranty issue, such as power cords coming undone,

hardware being abused, parts being removed by the customer or product misuse then initial service fee will be

payable by the consumer or dealer to the third party.

 

After one (1) year, the original retail consumer will be responsible for all costs related to labor. See Parts

Warranty above for details.

 

Light bulbs and batteries are not included in our warranty.

 

RowOne’s warranty does not include the following:

1. Commercial, institutional or other non-residential uses including rental or rent-to-own.

2. Product sold “AS IS”, second-hand, through liquidation sales or by a non-authorized dealer.

3. Products deemed misused, mishandled, altered, or abused.

4. Product improperly maintained, cleaned or care.

Casegoods Warranty:

Products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of the dealer

invoice and follow the same guidelines as above. Consumer must understand that casegoods are made from wood

and will have natural distress as mineral streaks, knots, grain patterns, and discoloration as no two pieces of wood

are exactly alike. These features enhance the look of furniture and are not considered a warranty issue.

 

CUSTOM ORDER CASEGOODS PROGRAM:

RowOne® is unique among wood furniture manufacturers today. We still make “custom” furniture domestically,

giving a choice of options, finishes, and custom capabilities! These options are available on all domestic. Your

domestic furniture is built after we receive your order, and customization is done at that time.

Unlike most wood furniture manufacturers, we offer a variety of finishes on many of our items. If finish options are

available on an item, it is noted in the price list. Be sure to specify a finish on every order or state “as shown”.

Because of the many finish options, be sure to check your acknowledgement when it arrives to insure everything is

correct. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production.
